Beginning January 1, 2024, M-RETS will streamline its fees to reflect changes in the industry and simplify pricing structures for our growing product types. Those changes are noted in the table below.
As a nonprofit provider, M-RETS is proud to offer a fully transparent pricing scheme, in which all organizations are charged the same fee structure. Even with this change, our pricing remains competitive within the industry.
